  • Mountain West Farm Bureau is currently hiring for a full-time Communication Attendant to join our team and help with the successful operation of the receptionist area as well as presenting a professional public relations image for the company. Accountable for executing front desk procedures and objectives; training and scheduling backup operators; preparing required reports and updating directories; and assisting the processing area and other departments. This full-time position is located at the home-office in Laramie, WY and typically works 40 hours per week between 8 am to 5 pm , Monday-Friday . You can expect a competitive wage between $2,600 - $2,750 per month, depending on experience.

    REQUIREMENTS FOR A COMMUNICATION ATTENDANT

    In this full-time position, you will operate in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. While performing these job duties, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear and is frequently required to stand, walk and occasionally lift and move office products or supplies. The following are required to assist in the duties performed by a Communication Attendant:

    • High school degree or GED.
    • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
    • Office experience with emphasis on computer skills and working with the public.
