• You will enhance the guest experience while in the fitness center
• You will ensure the equipment is in safe and operating correctly
• You will greet and engage with guests, setting the example for customer service best practices.
• You will maintain the cleanliness of the fitness center
• You will have knowledge of the fitness area and the resort/hotel.
• You will ensure policies are followed in all point-of-sale operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
• Help to resolve problems and “WOW” guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
• You will work closely with the team to ensure the retail store is kept clean and organized
• Interact with hotel/resort

Qualifications:

• Must have excellent communication skills.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds (5 lb. water container).
• Willing to learn all areas of Chaminade’s property to assist in answering all guest inquiries and become an ambassador of the property.
