Job Summary

We are seeking a licensed Architect with 5 years of experience to assist in the growth of our Architectural Department. This full-time position will be based in our Dixon, IL office and requires a minimum of a Bachelor of Architecture Degree with a Professional Architectural License(s). This position will be responsible for the development of design solutions for a variety of project types, communication with clients, consultants, agencies, and staff, as well as the technical and production aspects of projects from project inception through project completion. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Development and execution of project design solutions
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Manage, review and coordinate work for multiple projects within the Department
• Provide leadership in the following areas
  • Skills in professional practice
  • Establishment of design standards
  • Business development
  • Staff development
  • Project design/delivery
  • Client relations
  • Continued and future growth of the Architecture Department

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Architecture Degree required
• State of Iowa and Illinois Professional Architectural License required
• 5 years of experience preferred
• Ability and desire to effectively communicate
• Ability to multi-task
