Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Our Customer Experience Representatives are the heart of our business and play a critical role in helping us succeed. We are looking to add an energetic team member to our growing team. Our Customer Experience Representative will provide inbound and some outbound call support consisting mainly of Tier 1 calls, ranging from technical assistance, portal access, billing questions, enrollment for providers and parents. On occasion calls are complex, they must have the stamina for long conversations with customers while multi-tasking and staying in control and engaged.
Our Customer Experience Representative will use various web-based systems to answer customer inquiries and CRM’s to document as well as manage calls. Our Representatives are expected to provide exceptional customer service while following protocols and guidelines. Processes change often and they must have the capacity to organize and retain this information.
