Job Summary

The Admissions Director is responsible for overseeing the admissions process at Brookview. The ideal candidate will have a passion for elder care, a strong understanding of the admissions process, and a proven track record of success in the healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the admissions process at Brookview Healthcare Center
• Interview potential residents and their families
• Assess the needs of potential residents and match them with the appropriate care
• Negotiate contracts with potential residents and their families
• Work with the sales team to generate leads and close sales
• Track and analyze admissions data to measure the effectiveness of the admissions process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, social work, or a related field preferred
• 5 years of experience in admissions, preferably in the long-term care industry
• Strong understanding of the admissions process
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
