Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     Basic Qualifications:

    • 1 year of Customer Service in a medical office or hospital
    • 1 year of computer experience with Windows PC apps
    • 1 year of work from home experience


    Requirements:

    Job Role includes provider's inquiring about current insurance coverage, previous insurance coverage, copays, deductibles, claim questions including claim status, claim payments, claim denials, etc..
    • Evaluate basis of their quality (as measured by the monitoring of recorded calls), their productivity, their accuracy of information and their attendance and punctuality
    • Responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations related to the conduct of our business including following all HIPAA guidelines and procedures
    • Quality Customer Service
    • Provides accurate information in a helpful, collaborative manner to callers through thorough knowledge of End Client products, policies and procedures.
    • Inquiries to be made primarily by telephone but also through written format (email, mail, fax, etc.)
    • Captures and documents customer feedback
    • Receives, resolves and routes complaints as defined by department policy, procedures and guidelines.
    • Interacts with other End Client staff to resolve customer inquiries, complaints and problems, particularly in Claims Services, Provider Services, ILR/COB, Payment Processing, the Provider Processing Center, Provider Relations, Provider Contracting, Medical Management, Benefits Administration, Pharmacy Services and the Behavioral Health and High-End Imaging vendors.
    • PSRs handles calls regarding claim status, appeal status, eligibility and benefits, referral and authorizations.
    • 1-3 years' experience in Customer Service within a medical office/hospital setting
    • At least 1 year of experience using a computer with Windows PC applications that required you to use a keyboard, navigate screens, and learn new software tools
    • Ability to communicate (oral/written) effectively to exchange information with our client.
    • Must have high-speed, reliable internet (40 MBPS min.) plus must have a hardwired connection due to HIPAA.
    • A quiet, interruption-free workspace. (will be asked to show your home workspace during the interview).

    **Required schedule availability for this position is Monday-Friday 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. CST. The shift timings can be changed as per client requirements.**

    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly rate for this remote role is $15.50. This reflects the target compensation for the position across all US locations. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
