Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of nursing operations within the organization

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure effective communication

- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards of practice
- Participate in strategic planning and goal setting for the nursing department
- Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, administration, and other departments
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and hospice care systems
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Proficient in shift management and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing levels
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
- Ability to make critical decisions in high-pressure situations
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Experience in home health or similar healthcare settings is preferred
