Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function. We are looking for a master multi-tasker with excellent communication skills and an upbeat attitude to fill our Administrative Assistant position. Candidates should be able to ensure accurate and timely processing, monitoring, complies and reviews information from enrollment records, attendance and meal production records for the purpose of preparing the CACFP claim for reimbursement. Works to support systems integration of content area specialist leads that support activities and design tools and systems for effective practice. Implements a process of ongoing monitoring and continuous improvement for achieving program goals and works to strengthen overall program quality and service delivery. The minimum requirement is a high school diploma or GED with some relevant data entry experience. Certificate or AA in related field preferred. The individual must possess word processing skills, and have a sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel). Previous clerical and data entry experience preferred. Experience with Head Start/Early Head Start specific software (HSFIS, Child Plus, PIR, etc.) preferred.
Schedule: Full-Time, 40 hours per week, 40 weeks per year
