Data Center Director directs and optimizes all operations of a data center facility to ensure data performance, availability, and security. Designs operating procedures and policies for installing, configuring, and maintaining servers, networks, and storage systems within a data center to maximize operational efficiency. Being a Data Center Director monitors environmental conditions to ensure optimal temperature, humidity, and power supply to prevent downtime and protect hardware from damage. Ensures timely, accurate, and consistent technical infrastructure service and presentation to internal and external clients. Additionally, Data Center Director coordinates with outside teams to identify and implement new systems to support existing and future business needs. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to senior management. The Data Center Director manages a departmental sub-function within a broader departmental function. Creates functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and develops budgets/policies/procedures to support the functional infrastructure. To be a Data Center Director typically requires 5+ years of managerial experience. Deep knowledge of the managed sub-function and solid knowledge of the overall departmental function.     We are currently seeking a Business Consulting Associate Director to join our team in Springfield, Illinois (US-IL), United States (US).

    Job Responsibilities Include:
    *Working within NTT DATA Services, you will develop and drive the growth of Consulting services by leading multiple account teams that advance public sector performance in one or more of the following areas:
    oStrategic Planning and Procurement Services
    oOrganizational Change Management (OCM)
    oProject Management Office (PMO)/Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO)
    oQuality Assurance (QA)
    oIndependent Verification and Validation (IV&V)
    *Lead multiple teams of consulting specialists providing services to state and federal government agencies.
    *Provide partially billable direct project support by providing management consulting services for a government client.
    *Assist state and federal agency customers to drive management consulting efforts, including defining goals, executing tasks, measuring results, and demonstrating improved business outcomes.
    *You will bring additional management consulting talent to our consulting organization, mentoring and leading your team to deliver value for state and federal agencies and thereby grow these services.
    *Support growth and business development through sales and proposal development activities
    *Travel 50% or more

    Basic Qualifications:
    *Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of public sector management consulting experience.
    *10 Years of business and leadership experience including:

    *5 years of management consulting experience supporting one or more State or Federal agencies.
    *5 years of public sector program leadership experience for a government agency or government consulting vendor.
    *5 Experience driving new business by owning and defining offerings & leading go-to-market programs.
    *5 Experience developing and presenting custom solutions and pricing estimates including identifying market priorities & partnered with sales & client delivery teams.
    *5 years of experience building, leading, coaching, and managing a matrixed and cross-functional team of 10 or more staff members.

    Preferred Skills:
    *Advanced degree such as MBA, MPH, or MPA
    *Strong communication skills.
    *Ability to skillfully craft executive summaries and detailed information and reports for leadership.
    *Team player who leads by example and is a consistent, dependable performer with an excellent work ethic, flexible "can-do" attitude, and a results-driven commitment to success.
    Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $130,000 to $200,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
    This position is eligible for company benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance with an employer contribution, flexible spending or health savings account, life and AD&D insurance, short and long term disability coverage, paid time off, employee assistance, participation in a 401k program with company match, and additional voluntary or legally-required benefits.
