Stavros is Seeking to Hire 1 Full Time Data Entry for Evaluations Position

This is a 35 Hour / week Full Time Benefits Eligible Position

A crucial role at Stavros is that of Data Entry. Our Data Entry employees need to enter nurses’ evaluations into the MassHealth or other Service Provider Portal. The information must be entered accurately and efficiently to expedite approval of services. The information entered helps people with disabilities obtain Personal Care services needed to remain living in their homes.

Requirements

Essential Responsibilities include:

1. Data Entry of re-valuations that are completed by Stavros Registered Nurse in MH LTSS Portal and Stavros data system
2. Correct own evals after Quality Assurance      and prepare all evaluations with accuracy for mailings to MD’s office and      for consumers/surrogates
3. Scan and attach in RN sign off pages, meds, MD transport sheets, and/or adjustment sign off to enter into the MH      LTSS portal. 
4. Data entry of adjustments in MH LTSS portal and Stavros data system
5. Faxing and follow up of adjustments to MD’s office 
6. Assist with entering Initial Evals when needed

Job Qualifications include: 

1. Must be able to perform Data Entry Functions
2. Must be able to learn and work with MassHealth MMIS, MH LTSS, and Stavros Database
3. Ability to communicate effectively and efficiently over the phone or in person
4. Must know how to work office machinery (copier, scanner, fax)
