Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our systems and databases.

Responsibilities:
- Collect data from various sources and input it into the appropriate databases
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats
- Verify accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents
- Update and correct any errors or discrepancies in the data
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested
- Assist with other clerical tasks as needed

Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with databases and data entry processes
- High school diploma or equivalent

Pay: $23.00 - $27.00 per hour
