Compares output to control totals and makes corrections to codes and batches as necessary. Being a Data Control Clerk prepares and distributes output reports as instructed. The primary purpose of the Data Control Clerk II position is to perform all tasks related to the entering of data and statistics in the department of Clinical Engineering’s Equipment Management Systems. Measurement is as observed by supervisor unless otherwise indicated.
Must have LAN experience and two (2) full years of clerical experience performing data entry activities, and general office services support, preferably in a health care services setting. Must demonstrate basic understanding of computer networks and be able to load software according to instructions. Must have good communication and organizational skills; the ability to speak Spanish or Creole an asset.
