Data Control Supervisor jobs in Raleigh, NC

The Data Control Specialist is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS) at Palziv North America. This position ensures that products meet or exceed customer and regulatory requirements and that processes are carried out in compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain quality policies, procedures, and documentation in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Assist with documentation of internal audits to ensure compliance with the QMS.
• Coordinate with production and engineering teams to ensure quality control measures are effectively integrated into manufacturing processes.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics, and prepare reports for management review.
• Provide training and support to staff on quality management practices and tools.
• Participate in external audits conducted by ISO certifying bodies or customers.
• Manage calibration and maintenance of inspection and testing equipment.
• Other duties assigned by the Quality Manager

Qualifications:

• Degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality management in a manufacturing environment.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and experience with QMS implementation and auditing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management software.
