Responsibilities:
- Enter customer orders accurately and efficiently into the system
- Collect and organize data from various sources
- Perform basic math calculations to ensure accuracy of data entry
- Maintain organized files and records
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Transcribe information from one format to another as needed
- Utilize pivot tables and Excel functions to analyze and summarize data
- Provide administrative support to the team as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in data entry or a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy
- Basic math skills for calculations and data analysis
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- High level of integrity and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
