Job Description

The Data Entry Clerk is responsible for inputting data into databases, maintaining records on spreadsheets and other documents, preparing files, organizing data reports, and coordinating with different departments to assist with data entry tasks as assigned by the Site Manager.

• Collect, sort, and organize data to be entered into the databases
• Input data into a computer system using various software applications
• Pay attention to details and input data accurately
• Confirm accuracy of entered data by comparing it to source documents
• Ensure appropriate turnaround time on all data entry and manage time effectively
• Update existing data in databases when needed
• Ensure all safety procedures, practices, and regulations are followed before, during, and after the process to foster a positive safety culture by having a safety-first mindset and approach during execution of activities
