Hours are 7-8 am until 3-4 pm

Requirements:
- No accounting knowledge necessary
- Someone who is confident, competent, openminded, and first to suggest efficiency.
- Extremely detail oriented and deadline driven
- Proficient in Outlook

Responsibilities include:
- Filing, packaging checks, running batches, scanning files, uploading docs into their network to archive, tracking and sending invoices to and from staff accountants

Compensation: $20/hour

- Hours are 7-8 am until 3-4 pm
- Casual dress (jeans) and business casual when clients are in the office
