Job Title: Data Entry Intern (30-40 hours a week).

Location: High Point Land Company Office- Waverly, IA

Wage: $13-$15 per hourJob Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team.

This part-time, flexible role is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in data management and administrative support. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for searching for information and accurately entering data into our system. We are open to this being a intern position as well.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed searches for required data using a variety of sources, including online databases and other information platforms.
• Enter and update information in our database with high accuracy and efficiency.
• Assist in verifying the accuracy of existing data and make corrections as needed.
• Support the team in managing and organizing data to ensure optimal accessibility and reliability.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any challenges.
• Adhere to data integrity and security policies throughout the process.

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high quality work.
• Excellent typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Experience with data entry preferred but not required
• Strong willingness to learn.

• This is a part-time, flexible position. Hours can be adjusted to accommodate academic commitments if necessary.
