    Position duties:

      Ensuring appropriate turnaround time on all data entry
      Reviewing and entering data information into appropriate databases
      Proactively verifying data through source departments
      Monitoring and updating existing data when required
      Retrieving data for team members upon request
      Performing data searches
      Contacting customers or vendors by phone or email
      Quarterly reporting for various customers or vendors
      Ordering office and/or shop supplies
