Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a great opportunity for someone has strong attention to detail, and is proficient in Excel and other administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Enter data into databases and maintain accurate records

- Verify data accuracy and identify any discrepancies or errors

- Assist with data collection and analysis as needed

- Transcribe information from paper documents into digital formats

- Generate reports and summaries based on collected data

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient data management

- Perform general administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Basic math skills for calculations and order entry

- Familiarity with databases and data management systems

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
