Job Description: Basic Function: Under close guidance and following specific instructions, perform routine, structured duties related to administration functions.

Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Follow specific instructions to produce administration documents from rough draft and/or combine data from various source documents. Proof and check work for accuracy. Transfer data to forms, logs, records or reports.
• Collect, process and deliver mail for administration support area.
• Answer telephones, receive and transmit information, and operate office equipment. Maintain files and perform other routine administration functions.
• Perform limited other administration duties such as support of auditing, claims management, licensing,
• Complexity of Tasks: Under close guidance and direct supervision, perform routine administration duties involving application of clearly prescribed standard practices.
• Qualifications: High school diploma or a special combination of education and experience, and/or demonstrated accomplishments.
• Typically requires a minimum of 1 - 2 years of related experience.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
