Position Overview:We are currently seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Data Entry Clerk. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with jurisdictions on any missed or misdirected payments.Key Responsibilities:Collaborating with clients to ensure all tax and assessment data is accurately entered into our database on a daily basis.Conducting the first review of automated data entry to identify and address any discrepancies or errors before client review.Attaching all relevant documents, including assessment notices and tax bills, into the database for easy reference by clients.Processing and attaching personal property tax (PPT) returns into the database accurately and in a timely manner.Tracking down missing information, such as parcel details, assessment notices, tax bills, and refunds, to ensure client needs are met.Researching incomplete data in the database and liaising with clients to gather necessary information for completion.Monitoring payments to ensure tax bills are paid on time, and communicating with clients regarding any missed payments or misdirected payments as necessary.
