Job Description: 

Polous Beauty Clinic is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurately inputting and managing client information into our database system. The Data Entry Clerk will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of our administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Accurately input client information, including personal details, appointments, and treatment records, into the database system.
2. Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data by performing regular quality checks.
3. Assist in generating reports and compiling data as required by management.
4. Respond promptly to data inquiries from internal staff members.
5. Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure seamless communication and workflow within the clinic.
6. Adhere to strict confidentiality standards when handling sensitive information.
7. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:

1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus.
2. Excellent typing speed and accuracy.
3. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
