Job Description:

Surety Systems has a customer in Northeastern Pennsylvania who is looking for assistance. Our client is in the process of migrating from a legacy ERP over to SAP S/4HANA due to a recent company acquisition. They're looking for someone local to aid them with their ongoing data migration and data entry efforts.

The expectation would be for the engagement to start in the next couple of weeks and run for the next ~18 months in a full-time (40 hours a week) hybrid capacity. While this role is mostly remote, the client will expect individuals on-site or in the office ~1-2 days per week. This would be a contract position.

Prior SAP experience isn't a requirement. Please apply if you're interested and believe you'd be a good fit.

Role Description:

As a Data Migration/Data Entry Specialist, you'll be part of a team focused on getting things right the first time around. The ideal candidate will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining accurate supply chain data. Expect to work independently with minimal supervision to read data and enter important company information into their various databases and systems. Your job is integral to allowing a smooth ERP migration.

Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and other systems
• Verify the accuracy of data by comparing it to source documents and making necessary corrections
• Regularly review and clean up existing data to ensure consistency and completeness
• Identify and rectify data discrepancies or errors
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of data entry processes and procedures

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in data entry or related field is a plus
• Proficient in data entry and management software (Microsoft Excel)
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong reading comprehension
• Critical thinking ability
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Sharp written and verbal communication
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Prior ERP experience (SAP preferred but not required)
• Patience for repetitive work

Job Type: Contract

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• Swiftwater, PA: Relocate before starting work (Required)
