A candidate should possess a baseline proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, with specific emphasis on Excel, with preference given to candidates who have greater Excel skills. Please note in your cover letter or resume any previous experience with Sage 300 CRE (Construction & Real Estate) formerly Timberline Accounting software.
Duties will include payroll reconciliations and union report preparation, accounts receivable sales preparation & input, accounts payable invoice coding/processing/input, working on certified payroll report entries, assisting in contract billings, and special accounting and spreadsheet projects. You may be asked to answer a multi-line phone system as needed as a backup.
A valid driver's license is needed to run errands in company vehicles.
An applicant should have experience as an accountant or have a 2-year associates degree in accounting.
Compensation is negotiable. Health (medical/dental/vision) insurance for the applicant, spouse, and dependents is fully Company paid. A 401k Profit Sharing Retirement Plan contribution after 1 year of service is provided also.
