    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Perform general clerical duties, such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
    • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting, distributing, and processing correspondence.
    • Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide basic information to callers.
    • Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff
    • Prepare and modify documents, including reports, memos, and presentations, using various software applications.
    • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality.
    • Handle basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices, expense reports, and petty cash.

    Requirements
    To be successful in this role you will:
    • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education
    • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship
    • Must be able to successfully pass Pre-Employment screening including Drug Test
    • Be able to type a minimum of 30 WPM (words per minute) on a computer
    • Have a great attention to detail
    • Be organized and have the ability to multi-task and while adapting to changing priorities
