Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The Data Entry Clerk will be responsible for accurately inputting and maintaining various types of data into our computerized systems. This is a crucial role in ensuring the integrity and accuracy of our data. Responsibilities: - Collect data from various sources and input it into databases or spreadsheets - Verify accuracy and completeness of data entries - Perform regular data backups to ensure data preservation - Maintain confidentiality and security of all data - Organize and file physical and electronic documents as needed - Assist with basic math calculations when necessary - Follow established procedures for data entry and record keeping - Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate data management Requirements: - Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role - Proficient in using computerized systems and databases - Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Familiarity with basic math calculations - Knowledge of clerical procedures and filing systems At our company, we value our employees and offer competitive compensation packages.
