Data Entry Supervisor jobs in Saint Petersburg, FL

Become an integral part of the Sun Dental Labs’ support team by providing superior data entry and shipping service. This position provides the first digital integration of dentist’s and dental lab’s case work and assists the shipping department.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Search within dental lab software (DLCPM) for dentist’s account based on hand-written RX
• Create new cases using correct dentist’s account
• Transcribe dentist’s hand-written Rx’s into DLCPM
• Assign correct product codes for each item requested on Rx
• Save, print, and affix case workorder to correct case work

Additional Shipping Duties as Required and Assigned

• Opening and processing inbound cases
• Wrapping outbound cases
• Shipping outbound cases
• Lifting at least 40 lbs
• Assist other departments as needed

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Fast and accurate Typing Skills (required)
• Employ excellent time management skills
• Experience with a high-volume workload
• Ability to focus in a fast paced and goal-oriented environment
• Computer Proficiency strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Dentistry is preferred, and those applicants will receive priority consideration

Working Hours: M-F Day shift

40hr week Full-Time Hourly position
