Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data within our systems.

Duties:

- Input and update data into databases and systems
- Perform order entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Transcribe information from paper documents to computerized systems
- Assist with data collection and entry projects
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Requirements:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
- Previous experience in clerical or administrative roles preferred
- Ability to transcribe data accurately and efficiently
- Familiarity with databases and order entry systems is a plus
- Excellent computer skills
