We are looking for an experienced Data Entry Administrator to join our team at Tarmac. As a Data Entry Administrator, you will be responsible for entering a variety of data into our computer systems, organizing and managing electronic records, and maintaining accurate databases. In this role, you will be expected to work independently, meet deadlines, and ensure accuracy of all work.

The ideal candidate for this role should have strong data entry skills, proficiency in MS Office Suite, experience with database software, and excellent communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail along with accuracy and speed is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• 
  Enter a variety of data into our computer systems

• 
  Maintain accurate databases

• 
  Sort through paper files and convert to digital data

• 
  Troubleshoot any data entry errors

• 
  Follow data entry standards and procedures

• 
  Monitor records for accuracy and integrity

• 
  Generate reports from data

• 
  Scan and store documents electronically

• 
  Coordinate with other departments and staff to ensure data accuracy

Requirements

• 
  Proven experience as a Data Entry Administrator

• 
  Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and database management software

• 
  Excellent communication and organizational skills

• 
  Attention to detail and accuracy

• 
  High level of speed and accuracy in data entry

• 
  Ability to multi-task and prioritize

  High school diploma or equivalent
