Precision Steel Services, a leading steel supplier in the Midwest since 1974, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Coordinator. We are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to assist our sales department with data entry and communication tasks. This role is integral to our team, contributing to our mission of providing quality steel products and keeping good paying jobs in our community.

Responsibilities

• Perform detail-oriented data entry as a primary task.
• Review, approve, and process customer purchase orders.
• Participate in the preparation and presentation of sales or technical reviews to customers or management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a similar role preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Proficiency in using a computer, basic email functions, and Excel.
• Ability to type at least 60 words per minute (WPM) preferred.
