Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join our team for first shift. As a Manufacturing Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. You will also be responsible for managing a team of production workers and coordinating with other departments to meet production goals.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production workers
- Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met
- Train new employees on production procedures and safety protocols
- Collaborate with other departments such as engineering and quality control to resolve issues and improve processes
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for production workers
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety policies and procedures
- Identify areas for process improvement and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience as a Manufacturing Supervisor or similar role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
