Data Management Director manages the planning, designing, and developing of an organization's databases. Develops policies and procedures to lead and manage a team of database engineers.     The Opportunity:
    Treasure Data is seeking a highly skilled Director of Product Management to lead our Machine Learning and Analytics product team. Reporting to the Head of Product, you will be responsible for driving the product roadmap including the entire product life-cycle from definition, build, launch, initial ramp and eventual end-of-life. You work cross-functionally to deliver high-quality solutions to a diverse set of global 2000 customers. The ideal candidate will have a strong marketing and data science background as well as a proven track record of delivering successful enterprise grade SaaS products.

    Strategy and Vision:
    Develop and communicate a compelling vision for the machine learning and analytics features of the Treasure Data CDP.

    Collaborate with the executive team to align the product strategy with the company's overall business goals and objectives.

    Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

    Product Development:
    Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery of machine learning and analytics features.

    Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, and use cases based on customer feedback, market research, and data analysis.

    Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, UX/UI design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality products that exceed customer expectations.

    Customer Insights and Feedback:
    Engage with customers to understand their needs, pain points, and use cases related to machine learning and analytics.

    Gather feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous product improvement and innovation.

    Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and market leadership.

    Go-to-Market Strategy:
    Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies for machine learning and analytics features.

    Support the sales team in customer engagements, providing technical expertise and product knowledge as needed.

    Product Performance and Success:
    Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track product performance against established metrics.

    Monitor customer usage patterns and user behavior to identify areas for improvement and growth.

    Take data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and customer satisfaction.

    About You:
    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus.

    Proven experience (typically 12 years) in software product management, preferably in machine learning, advanced analytics, or data-related products.

    Strong technical background including experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs), machine learning technologies, data science, and analytics platforms.

    Deep understanding of how ML/Analytics is used by Global 2000 Marketing departments.

    Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams effectively including engineering, UX, sales, and marketing.

    Proven track record of delivering successful ML or Analytics products and driving growth in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

    Experience working with Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) or similar customer data-related products is advantageous.

    Solid understanding of the broader data management landscape, including data integration, warehousing, and data governance.

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for turning data insights into actionable product improvements.
