Monitors and optimizes database performance to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing. Additionally, Data Management Director evaluates existing database design to determine necessary updates and collaborates with stakeholders to determine future organizational needs. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to become the Assistant Director of Nursing for our 120-bed facility. This position will provide clinical and organizational leadership and support to a nursing staff of 90 and assist in oversight of a budget that exceeds $4 million. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of supervisory experience in long-term care, be compassionate and caring, handle multiple priorities, work flexible hours and motivate staff.
