Summary of Role:

• ^{Responsible for managing end-to-end integration of data into Commercial Information Management's (CIM) ecosystem (Azure ADLS, Databricks Data Lake, and MDM process) from acquisition to reporting including Lantheus' sales, secondary claims, omnichannel, and field activity data.}
• ^{Act as business lead responsible for translating business challenges into technical solutions.}
• ^{Maintain and build data workspaces in the Data Lake to enable advanced analytics and organize data to feed enterprise-wide business intelligence systems for self-service analytics and data visualization.}
• ^{Manage third party vendors to acquire data and define format and data feeds.}
• ^{Responsible for conducting quarterly business review (QBR) meetings with third party vendors to evaluate performance levels, discuss challenges and opportunities, align on objectives, and develop customer relationships.}
• ^{Liaise with IT to develop long term roadmap and ensure operational excellence.}
• ^{Ensure that stored and shared data are compliant with federal, state and industry standards and regulations}
• ^{Own Data Quality Management (DQM) process to ensure timely, accurate, and complete data is delivered to relevant stakeholders.}
• ^{Lead new data acquisition efforts and negotiate with third parties to access data at reasonable costs.}
• ^{Define business requirements and maintain documentation for business rules and data warehouse processes.}
• ^{Collaborate with MDM and Governance team on defining governance plan and align on key metrics and procedures.}
• ^{Responsible for maintaining and updating data catalog system, in collaboration with MDM and Governance team. This includes seeding new data sources, updating existing data elements, definitions, and workflows, communicating to data stakeholders, and decommissioning of data.}
• ^{Manage the field data inquiry queue through investigation, analysis, and resolution via a support team.}
• ^{Implement business intelligence tools (Power BI) to display data for commercial leadership and field teams in a cohesive fashion.}
• ^{Manage the development and creation of the commercial reports and dashboards in collaboration with Commercial Analytics and Commercial Excellent teams.}
• ^{Establish a strategic partnership with stakeholders to better inform the use of data for commercial insights and drive executional effectiveness.}
• ^{Roll out dashboard updates to internal stakeholders and continuously improve deliverables.}
• ^{Triage and prioritize requests for dashboard enhancements to balance operational needs with long term strategy.}
• ^{Conduct continuous review of reports and dashboards and identify opportunities for improvements to validate the fitness-for-use of the system}
• ^{Maintain a Partnership Excellence mindset to cultivate trust and efficiency.}
• ^{Maintain a line of sight to industry benchmarks regarding best practices in field reporting, integrate into Lantheus' commercial reporting practices where applicable.}
• ^{Provide ongoing training of reports and dashboards to enable users to confidently interpret, analyze, and gather insights.}

Basic Qualifications:

• ^{BA/BS degree in related work. M.S. in technical discipline or other advanced degree a plus.}
• ^{10 years of experience in enterprise or commercial data management roles in pharma/biotech company.}
• ^{Hands-on experience with Power BI is highly preferred.}
• ^{Demonstrated ability to present to leadership and large field sales teams.}
• ^{Project management skills with ability to oversee multiple large scale technical projects and deliver on budget and on time.}
• ^{Strong domain expertise and practical experience working across multiple functions within an organization.}
• ^{Ability to leverage past experiences and in-depth understanding of marketplace best practices to improve the competitive position of the organization.}
