A TYPICAL DAY WILL INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING . . .

General Duties

• Coordinates, inputs and maintains electronic data specific to assigned category
• Promotes and maintains collaborative relationships with coworkers and vendors
• Supports ePlum and scale maintenance, management and screen configurations
• Answers phones and utilizes other forms of communication
• Works with and supports the department team
• Demonstrates attitude of service to staff and customers
• Supports and follows sustainability programs and all safety and security policies
• Supports and follows all company and department policies
• Operates within the Company’s Core Values and Company Brand

Specific Duties

• Will have primary responsibility in one category, but must be cross-trained in all categories to be back-up supportFRESH
• Fresh categories include: produce, food service, meat/seafood, floral and beer/wine/spirits
• Provides item maintenance support for pricing on/off, over stocks, ads, retails costing updates and scan codes, which includes fast check/flip chart maintenanceDSD & WAREHOUSE
• Provides DSD & warehouse item maintenance support for costing, pack/case, item attributes, substitutions, discontinues and shippers
• Sets up new items / SV Harbor
• Coordinates fast check / flip charts in this categoryADs
• Collects, organizes and inputs ad contracts according to our advertising vehicles’ schedules and deadlines
• Works with DSD vendors to alight T&C files to vendor-on-hand files
• Builds out new items in BRData host ad as designated by Ad Writer or Specialist for POS batch creation
• Compiles ads in Portal and Warehouse Ad System
• Builds ads in BRData for Ad Recovery Dollars and front end updates
• Runs ad performance reports, monthly new item summaries and reviews for impact

THIS JOB MIGHT BE FOR YOU IF . . .

• Must have intermediate computer skills including MS Office
• Must have BRData knowledge
• Prefer department-specific background but must be familiar with department-specific terminology
• Must be detailed, accurate, organized and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to take direction and carry out department tasks and assignments
• Ability to work with a diverse group of employees, vendors, and customers
• Must possess an attitude of service to others and display excellent work ethic
• Must be a self-directed person with a proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Possess full body mobility (bending, stooping, twisting and reaching), have excellent manual dexterity and able to sit for prolonged periods of time
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Must be 18 years or older
