    GENERAL DESCRIPTION
    Under the supervision of the agency's PQI Manager, the PQI Data Management Specialist is responsible for assisting with the day-to-day activities of the performance and quality improvement system for the Intact Family program and Intact Pilot - THRIVE.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    Position-Specific
    • Uses valid and reliable data collection methods to measure outputs, outcomes, and progress toward performance targets.
    • Prepares data reports from various quality improvement activities.
    • Assists in preparation for program monitoring/grant compliance visits in accordance with funder requirements.
    • Performs data entry for Intact Family and reviews for trends and/or opportunities for improvement.
    • Responsible for managing the program database and data submission.
    • Collaborate with the PQI Manager to ensure activities related to the Agency's quality improvement activities are effectively executed and documented as it pertains to the Intact Family Program
    • Participates in the implementation of the Intact Family Services PQI Plan.
    • Participates in monthly Intact Family Services PQI meetings.
    • Participates on the agency's PQI committee and collaborates with the PQI Manager, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Program Officer as needed for committee support.
    • Creates the Quarterly Intact Family Services Performance Reports.
    • Assists in the surveying of Intact parents/caregivers to determine satisfaction with services.
    • Performs other duties as assigned by PQI Manager.
    EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS/GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

    • Minimum Degree Required: Bachelor's degree.
    • Minimum Years of Experience: Experience with continuous quality improvement, research, data entry and analysis preferred, but not required.
    • Information Technology Skills Required: Microsoft Office Proficiency
    • Other Requirements: Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication and time management skills. Full time use of minimally insured operating automobile and valid driver's license. Must pass a satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR).
