Data Management Specialist jobs in Fayetteville, NC

Property Management company is hiring for positions that are admin driven with high volume of data entry/processing. Accounts Receivable or Accounts Payable experience is a plus.

Position includes, but not limited to, the following.

• Sorting rents that come in the mail and/or are dropped off according to property and placing them in the appropriate folder for processing
• Processing rents by property; first determining if rent is paid in full and can be accepted, then scanning to AR software and to the bank.
• Uploading rent rolls to the online payment system 2-3 times monthly to update occupancy and tenant’s balances
• Creating and updating occupancy reports weekly to disburse to owners, corporate staff, management staff.
• Reviewing tenant ledgers for multiple purposes to include but not limited to: Removal of late fees charged incorrectly, Apply credits on tenants accounts, Check for delinquency to ensure payments have been allocated correctly to the charges on the tenant’s account
• Communicating with Regional Managers, Property Managers and Corporate Staff regarding rent payments, tenant delinquencies, evictions, etc.

Customer Service:

• Answering phone calls from tenants, property managers, regional managers, etc. and addressing/help resolve any problems/conflicts they may have
• Receiving visitors through secured front door and assisting with any issues that tenants and/or managers may have.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
