Data Management and ERSEA Specialist

Crossroads Youth & Family Services, Inc. is seeking a Data Management & ERSEA Specialist for Comanche County. Under the general supervision of the Head Start/Early Head Start Assistant Program Director and in consultation with the Head Start/Early Head Start Director, this position oversees the recruitment, selection and enrollment process for the Head Start/Early Head Start program.

Education Experience Licenses and Knowledge

Education/Experience:

• Bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
• Data entry experience;

License:

• Must possess a valid Driver’s License and maintain acceptable liability insurance.

Knowledge:

• Knowledge of Head Start/Early Head Start recruitment, selection, and enrollment standards;
• Computer skills required. Ability to learn new software applications quickly and train others;
• Analytical, written and verbal skills; typing skills;
• knowledge of standard clerical procedures and ability to operate a variety of office equipment;
• Ability to relate well to co-workers as well as outside contacts;
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills;

• Ability to communicate in writing by preparing reports and business correspondence and to speak effectively before individuals and in small or large group settings.
