Are you looking for a new and exciting career in transportation? Then Coach USA is the company for you. We are looking for our next Fleet Management (FA) Data Specialist for our senior maintenance team.
Position Overview:
The Fleet Management (FA) Data Specialist is responsible for overseeing and ensuring accuracy of all fleet maintenance data, and to work with all locations and manufacturers on timely processing of warranty claims. The Fleet Management (FA) Data Specialist will also create reports, analyze data, create work orders, research alternate suppliers for parts and look for opportunities to reduce maintenance expense.
Essential Functions:
- Work with bus manufacturing, suppliers and vendors on OEM and aftermarket warranty claims, campaigns, recalls and maintenance advisories
- Work with manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of campaign parts
- Set up all OE warranty on new vehicles
- Set up campaigns and recalls
- Track all warranty parts to help reduce future issues
- Provide training on all aspects of warranty
- Audit warranty claims, and work with locations and manufacturers, to resolve any issues
- Weekly/monthly warranty reports to showcase warranty status, recovery, and opportunities to maximize returns
- Work with central office accounting to manage company KPI’s
- Assist, track, and post company policies and procedures
- Communicate maintenance information
- Analyze data, create reports, track trends
- Create policies
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret standard scientific, technical journals and legal documents that pertain to the fleet and facilities
- Data Analysis - Identify cost savings opportunities
- Must be able to lift or move up to 50 lbs.
- Proficient in computer skills – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Time Management

- Must be highly organized in order to meet deadlines, and follow proper reporting guidelines
- Prioritize tasks in a fast-paced work environment
- Some travel required up to 25%
Desired Qualifications:
- OSHA 30 Hour Class
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) “B” with a “P” endorsement is a plus
