    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and update Nilfisk's Master Data File and reporting, ensuring the accuracy and quality of product data.
    • Fulfill product data requests for Channel Partners, including Strategic Accounts and Dealers operating online.
    • Gather data from various sources such as reports, ERP systems, and websites.
    • Prepare and manage product data templates, adhering to customer requirements and formats.
    • Verify and validate product and data attributes to meet customer validation processes.
    • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customers to meet data request deadlines.
    • Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather input on data attributes.
    • Administer Salsify efficiently to ensure user adoption and success, managing the Master Product Library and Digital Catalogs.
    • Consult with customers on PIM systems' best practices and conduct regular audits to maintain data integrity.
    • Manage the US Portal email inbox and assist with New Accounts Department tasks.
    • Support the Customer Master Data Manager with ad hoc projects.

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.

    Experience: Minimum 2 years of professional service experience with PIM Systems; at least 1 year of experience with Salsify or similar Product Syndication Program; project management experience preferred.

    Technical Skills:

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM.
