The position of Manufacturing Data Management Leader is responsible for the provision of the relevant manufacturing data used to feed the Roquette ERP. The position evaluates month-end close data and proposes corrective actions and adjustments to month-end close. The position implements tools and trainings to improve collection and accuracy of the month-end data and close process. By working closely with Controlling, Manufacturing Performance, and Production Managers, the position plays a key role in the performance monitoring of the two Roquette manufacturing sites in the US(Keokuk and Gurnee). The Manufacturing Data Management Leader will lead a team focused on master data management for Manufacturing (1-2 direct reports).
Job Responsibilities:
· Assists in the completion of monthly closing process
Control the data integrity for the data used for
Symphony in manufacturing
· He/she can bring his/her expertise in other
departments (quality / Logistics / purchasing)
· Assess, with the key operation leaders, the relevance of the data
collection ( process chart, measurement, unit) and propose CAPA for any
deviation or deviation risk
· Prioritizes the data needed in Americas priorities
· Manage the construction of automatic data extraction tools
(support files for workshop reports, chemical products, energy, etc.)
· Works closely with controlling team to associate financial value
to technical data
· Communicates and implements the new standard and
process from the Global leads
· Trains the leaders impacted by the new standards
· Manages the change related to the data management
and control the updating of the Master data
· Performs other duties as assigned by the Senior
Production Manager, Site Plant Managers, or Head of Manufacturing Americas
· Travel to both Keokuk and Gurnee
Required Competencies,
