We are seeking a detail-oriented, energetic Human Resource Specialist. This person will be the first point of contact for Human Resources. The responsibilities include welcoming visitors and assisting with various employee requests and needs. Additionally, this role will maintain employee records, update HR databases, and conduct employee benefit administration. This role will also conduct the organization of creative employee events!

Requirements

Requires a high school diploma, excellent organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially. Strong computer literacy with MS Office applications is a must, as are excellent multi-tasking, time management and communication skills. If you are committed to HR policies and procedures and want to help create an enriching workplace, this position is for you. Ultimately, you will gain HR experience in a fast-paced work environment by supporting and improving all HR functions.
