Being a Data Management Specialist provides data governance and ensures data integrity by coordinating data management efforts across the organization. Troubleshoots issues related to master data management and identifies opportunities for improving data management processes. Additionally, Data Management Specialist requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a manager. The Data Management Specialist work is highly independent. May assume a team lead role for the work group. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Funciones: Informar y atender las consultas relacionadas a la gestión comercial de clientes internos y externos, a través de las diversas vías garantizando su satisfacción. Seguimiento del proceso de las órdenes de compra para que coincidan con el pedido. Verificar la correcta aplicación de precios y/o descuentos en los pedidos. Revisión de los estados de cuenta de principales clientes y relacionarse con el área de cobranza, a fin de coordinar tareas. Generación de documento de confirmación de entrega (ASN) en los clientes que soliciten esta documentación Análisis y ejecución de formularios para la gestión de Disputas y/o Notas de crédito reduciendo el número de discrepancias Atención de las consultas de los Ejecutivos de Negocios que se encuentran en terreno. Y apoyarlos en tareas administrativas. Apoyo en la elaboración de reportes. Facilitar la carga de los datos o condiciones comerciales de nuestros clientes.
