  • The GREAT STATE TEAM is seeking a Remote Artiva Application Developer & Data Analyst to join our fast-growing team! As an Artiva Application Developer & Data Analyst you will design, develop, test, implement and document scalable applications in a heterogeneous environment. Analyze complex data systems and document data elements, data flow, relationships and dependencies. Develop automated and reusable routines for importing/exporting requested information to/from database systems and address data quality issues with clients and Administration.

    Duties include but are not limited to:

    • Technical lead in Artiva development, design, and implementation. Superior understanding of the development process, including specification, documentation, and quality assurance.
    • Coordination of client data handoff for analysis and integration into appropriate systems
    • Present key findings and recommended additional views of data based upon team objectives.
    • Act as primary respondent to questions regarding business file import/export processes.
    • Build, enhance and maintain the data models, interfaces and application integration required to support growing and changing business needs.
    • Collaboration with business teams in the development and initiation of new applications
    • Oversee the quality assurance of program logic, data processing and error resolution.
    • Liaise with business teams to resolve defects in hardware and/or software systems.
    • General knowledge of operating systems, network and computer hardware and IT infrastructures
    • Train and provide guidance to junior development staff, when available
    • Adheres to all FDCPA, FCRA and applicable laws.
    • Adheres to all SCS policies as stated in the Handbook.
    • Adheres to all PPMS policies as implemented in the company.

     

     

    Additional Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Attends meetings and training as required.
    • Direct research on emerging application development platforms and standards in support of procurement and further development efforts
    • Thoroughly document all data systems
    • Always communicates to clients in a professional manner.
    • Attends ACA’s Code of Ethics training annually.
    • Ability and willingness to learn new computer languages and technologies quickly.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

     

    Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

    • Artiva Healthcare experience – especially on the insurance side of the business. i.e. claims billing and processing, denials, etc. preferred.
    • Graduation from an accredited college or university with bachelor’s degree in computer science or business with emphasis in application development
    • 3 years’ experience with object-oriented development, SQL dialect and relational database theory
    • Knowledge of Credit, Collections or Financial industries desirable
    • Ability to work both independently and in a team-based, fast-paced environment.
    • Strong technical, analytical, and financial aptitude.
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
