As a progressive financial institution, we are seeking a dynamic individual to fulfill the role of Financial Data Analyst for our Emerald Administrative Office in Boise or our Mountain Home Administrative Office.
The Financial Data Analyst will compile, organize, analyze, report and communicate information and data related to the credit union's financial strategy through the request of Senior Management, Controller or Financial Analysis II.
Responsibilities include:
Experience: Minimum of one year to three years of similar or related experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Data Intelligence, Math, Statistics, or related field required
Interpersonal Skills: Work involves much personal contact with others inside and/or outside the organization for the purpose of first-level conflict resolution, building relationships, and soliciting cooperation. Discussions involve a higher degree of confidentiality and discretion, requiring diplomacy and tact in communication.
Other Skills: Ability to generate, receive and maintain confidential and sensitive files, information and reports and ensure security of files. Proficient with office equipment, personal computer, and Microsoft Office. SQL Server or other database query language. Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to process large amounts of information R, Python or other programming language preferred. Power BI or other data visualizations tools preferred
Physical Requirements: Very light physical effort. Typical of most office jobs. Work in comfortable positions.
