Based in our Marshalltown, IA or Sherman, TX location, the Business Data Analyst uses their business and finance experience to collaborate with multi-functional teams. As digital transformation increases technology usage within manufacturing, knowing how to use and maintain key business systems infrastructure within operations is becoming increasingly important. The Business Analyst for Finance and Intelligent Automation will be part of establishing these key competencies within the manufacturing business systems team by maintaining business critical ERP functionality, teaching others how to optimize their use of currently available ERP functions, and serving as a leader on the team building out the business systems infrastructure of the future. In addition, while this is not an IT role, this role will act as a liaison between the operations and information technology departments by helping translate business initiatives and needs into functional, system and program specifications that can be used by IT for current and future business systems work.
