Being a Data Modeling Analyst maintains data integrity by working to eliminate redundancy. Stays informed of the ways the organization uses its data.     Responsible for using their knowledge of data processing software and business development strategies to provide sound business decisions to company Executives. Collects data, such as admission numbers or market research, to help companies make the right decisions.

    ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITY

    • Work with executives and other business leaders to identify opportunities for improvement

    • Create reports for internal teams and/or external clients

    • Collaborate with team members to collect and analyze data

    • Use graphs, infographics and other methods to visualize data

    • Establish KPIs to measure the effectiveness of business decisions

    • Structure large data sets to find usable information

    • Work with a team of analysts and other associates to process information

    • Create presentations and reports based on recommendations and findings

    POSITION QUALIFICATIONS

    1. High school graduate or equivalent.

    2. Two (2) years data entry experience. Previous computer experience, preferably in home

    health or similar operation.

    3. Previous healthcare related experience preferred.

    SKILLS REQUIRED

    1. Ability to type 50 words per minute

    2. Word processing skills

    3. Personal computer skills

    4. Demonstrates good communication, negotiation, and public relations skills.
