  • As a Senior Business Analyst, one will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand their business requirements, conduct in-depth analysis, and translate findings into actionable recommendations. He/She will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business units, technology teams, and project managers, to deliver data-driven solutions. His/her expertise in business analysis, data analytics, and stakeholder management will contribute to the success of our client engagements.

     

    Together with:

    • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements.
    • Conduct comprehensive analysis of business processes, workflows, and data structures to identify areas for improvement.
    • Elicit, document, and prioritize business requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and project deliverables.
    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discussions to gather insights and validate requirements with stakeholders.
    • Analyze complex data sets, utilizing statistical techniques and data visualization tools to derive meaningful insights.
    • Identify patterns, trends, and correlations in data, providing valuable business insights to support decision-making.
    • Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to visualize and communicate key findings to stakeholders.
    • Collaborate with data engineers and data scientists to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and quality.
    • Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
    • Collaborate with technology teams to design data-driven solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and requirements.
    • Create clear and comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and solution design documents.
    • Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful solution implementation and adoption.
    • Establish strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in business analysis and data insights.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
    • Present findings, recommendations, and project updates to executive stakeholders and senior leadership, providing clear and concise communications.
    • Proactively manage client expectations, address concerns, and provide timely updates on project progress.
    • Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to business analysis and data insights.
    • Contribute to the development and enhancement of business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
    • Share knowledge and best practices with the team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

     

    In combination with:

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive meaningful insights.
    • Familiarity with business analysis methodologies, tools, and frameworks.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and stakeholders simultaneously.
    • Experience in working with cross-functional teams and managing client relationships.
    • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within deadlines.
