The Data Specialist plays a crucial role in the strategic modernization initiative of a federal agency, aiming to overhaul its IT Service Management (ITSM) through the implementation of ServiceNow's Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform. As part of a team embracing hybrid Agile development projects and a DevSecOps methodology, the Data Specialist is tasked with harnessing data to illuminate the path forward. The projected compensation range for this position is: $58,000 - $65,000 (annual USD). The posted range reflects the expected pay range at time of hire, however base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for this position, including but not limited to, relevant work experience, certifications, market location, and job-related competencies.
