Role Title: Data Analyst

Required Core Skills:
-Expert knowledge of Business Solutions IT systems, infrastructure, architecture, hosting, data mapping, service providers, service agreements and relationships and governance frameworks.
-Significant experience working in data management and application development environment.
-Working knowledge of MS data management platforms.
-Keen innovator in the use of data technology, with knowledge and expertise at the forefront of the field, a desire to generate ideas and experience in prototyping solutions across multiple platforms.
-Expert level understanding on Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, Azure Data Lake, and Azure App Service is required.
-Minimum years of experience: 8

Detailed Job Description:

• Identify trends and opportunities for growth through analysis of complex datasets
• Evaluate organizational methods and provide source-to-target mappings and information-model specification documents for datasets
• Create best-practice reports based on data mining, analysis, and visualization
• Evaluate internal systems for efficiency, problems, and inaccuracies, and develop and maintain protocols for handling, processing, and cleaning data
• Work directly with managers and users to gather requirements, provide status updates, and build relationships
• Experience in complex data analytics using the Microsoft technology stack
• Experience in using SSMS or Azure Synapse for development of analytics (SQL-based)
• Experience in creating visualizations with Power BI / SSRS
• Comfortable working in a small group or 1 on 1 with subject matter experts
